Vegan Basil Pesto
Fresh Basil – 2 cups
Nutritional Yeast – 1/4 cup
Tahini – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves – 4
Olive Oil – 3 tbsp
Water – 6 tbsp
Salt – 1tsp
(Mix in a blender and enjoy.)

Toppings
Fennel – 1/2 bulb
Red Onion – 1 medium
Pineapple – 1/2
Nutritional Yeast – Sprinkle
