Prepare
Dried Cherries – 1/4 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
(Soak the cherries in 1/4 cup of water.)

Chop n’ Cook
Radishes – 7-8
Kale – 1 bunch or bag
Olive Oil – 1tbsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
(Chop the radishes and kale. Sear in a pan and add the soaked cherries. Cook until the water is gone.)

Topping
Salted Pepitas – Top each bowl to taste. Serve warm.
