Cashew Queso
Cashews – 1 cup
Water – 2 boiling cups
Nutritional Yeast – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Tapioca Flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Onion Powder – 1 tsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
(Cook in saucepan until thickens.)

Smoked Cheddar
Almond Milk – 2 cups
Nutritional Yeast – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Agar Agar – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Onion Powder – 1 tsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
(Boil for 6 minutes. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.)

Garlic and Herb
Almond Milk – 2 cups
Nutritional Yeast – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Agar Agar – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garlic Powder – 2 tsp
Onion Powder – 1 tsp
Paprika – 1/2 tsp
Italian Herbs – 1 tsp
(Boil for 6 minutes. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.)
