The Base

Couscous – 1.5 cups

Maple Syrup – 1/4 cup

Bell Peppers – 3
Brown Sugar – 3 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Maple Syrup – 1/4 cup
(Bake in the oven at 425 for 30 minutes)
